1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MusiQuizr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user may only maintain one account.

3. Purchases

All purchases of music notes and playlist packs are final. Prices are displayed in the Store and charged via Stripe. You retain access to purchased content as long as your account remains active.

4. User Conduct

Users must not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Music content is provided via Spotify and remains the property of respective rights holders. MusiQuizr provides a quiz experience and does not claim ownership of any music content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
